Linking Women Networking Organization, a national group connecting professional women, announced the addition of a new chapter. The Lawrence Chamber of Commerce has announced Fidelity Bank, Koprince Law LLC, Larken Photo & Video Co., and Stranger Creek Pools Inc. as the newest members of the organization.

Two Rueschhoff Locksmith & Security employees, Warren White and Heath Cummings, are now certified by Potter Fire Systems. White and Cummings attended a seminar in St. Louis learning about advanced programming and the installation training of fire systems and life safety products.

Wells Fargo Advisors has announced Dave Mattern as a member of the firm’s Premier Advisors Program for the eighth year in a row. Mattern earned the distinction by meeting or exceeding one or more of Wells Fargo Advisors’ high standards for revenue generation, educational attainment and client-service best practices. Mattern has been a financial advisor with the company for 14 years.

Great American Bank has promoted Sarah Schmitt to Assistant Vice President/Director of Marketing and Training. Schmitt graduated from St. Louis University with a bachelor’s degree in business Communications Technology. She has been with Great American Bank since 2010.

Julia Ozark has opened a new business venture, Ozark Talent Event Management. Through her business, Ozark will offer her expertise in advertising, sales, sponsorship, activation and marketing. The company’s first clients are Wakarusa, Thunder On The Mountain, Phases Of The Moon Music Festivals in Ozark, Arkansas and the new KAABOO Music Festival in San Diego.
