Bishop Seabury Academy swept a pair of high school volleyball matches Friday at Seabury.

The Seahawks beat Flint Hills Christian, 25-8, 25-10, and Heritage Christian, 25-19, 25-19.

Reilly Malone led Seabury (9-6) with 15 kills, nine digs and six aces, while Taylor Hodge added seven kills, 12 digs and five aces. Ellen Almanza added five kills, nine digs and 10 aces; Vivian Aubel had five kills and five aces; and Regan Zaremba had 26 assists.

“Our three captains really paced the way for us tonight, and all carried the team in a different facet of the game that plays to their individual strengths,” Seabury coach Chrissy Leuty said. “Ellen Almanza served aggressive and well tonight. Reilly powered our offense with 15 kills, and Taylor Hodge, who moved from libero, where she played her first two seasons to outside hitter to give us some depth, had a team-high 12 digs. With each new match, the girls are continuing to show improvement and are coming together as a team.”

Seabury will host University Academy on Tuesday.
