• OrthoKansas, LLC announced the addition of Lindsay Davison, Mallory Larkin, and Jamie Madl to its clinical staff as physician assistants, and Deva Bonnel as a physical therapy doctor. Davison is a graudate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln; Bonnel is a graduate of Rockhurst University; and Larkin and Madl are graduates of Kansas University.

• Peoples Bank announced that Danielle Baker Hugunin will join its staff as a mortgage banker. Hugunin, of Lawrence, brings 15 years of experience to the position.

• Kim Christensen will join Callahan Creek’s Lawrence office as a project manager. She previously served the marketing agency in the same role in Topeka. She is a graduate of Augustana College.

• Jason Hoover, the executive vice president of Kaw Valley State Bank in Eudora, has graduated from the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado. Hoover has been a full time employee with Kaw Valley since 1997.

• To celebrate 37 years as a locally owned business, Jane Bateman: The Interiors Store will host an open house from 4:30 to 6:00 p.m. Sept. 17 at 2101 W. 28th Terrace. Refreshments will be provided and the store will make a $5 donation to Just Food for every person who brings non-perishable food donation.
