Manhattan ? Veritas Christian School went 2-4 and placed sixth at the Kansas Christian Athletic Association over the weekend.

Veritas beat Heartland Christian, 25-19, 25-11, and Victory Christian, 25-18, 25-20, but lost to Derby (25-21, 25-15), Heritage Christian (25-23, 25-14), WAHAA (25-11, 18-25, 15-2) and Manhattan CHIEF (25-23, 25-23).

Lacey Billings had 38 kills, eight aces, 12 blocks and 23 assists, and Allie Swisher added 34 kills and 12 aces. Emma Wilson contributed 40 assists.
