Hidden Valley Camp will celebrate National Trails Day June 7 with guided hiking tours.

In honor of the holiday, Friends of Hidden Valley encourage the public to help with trail maintenance any time between 8 and 11:30 a.m., participate in a guided hiking tour from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., or both.

Half-hour tours begin at 11:30 a.m. and noon, while one-hour tours covering most of the trail system start at 11:30. Hosts will pepper tours with bits of history, plant identification and discuss Hidden Valley’s newest projects. Trail mix and lemonade will be available after each tour.

In case of rain, the event will take place June 8.
