Kansas University’s women’s basketball program has hired Drew Markowitz as the Director of Player Personnel/Analytics, KU coach Bonnie Henrickson announced Friday.

Markowitz has served as video coordinator for the Michigan women’s team the past two seasons and, before that, was a graduate assistant at Virginia.

“We’re thrilled to bring Drew to Kansas and to have him join our program,” said Henrickson. “His expertise in technology, specifically video, will help develop our players and with self-scouts. Drew has worked in two successful programs and brings great energy to our program.”
