Today in Lawrence: ‘Peter Pan,’ ‘The Last Waltz’

‘Peter Pan’

For 35-plus years, the Lawrence Arts Center’s Summer Youth Theater has provided intensive training in all aspects of dramatic theater. A pretty cool fact: All students who audition receive roles. Pay your respects tonight when the young players put on “Peter Pan” at 7 p.m. at the arts center, 940 New Hampshire St.

‘Last Waltz’

And you can relive the legacy of The Band tonight at Liberty Hall, 644 Massachusetts St. Documentary “The Last Waltz” follows the footsteps of the legendary ’60s rock group and their final performance.
