Free tickets for Marine band
Get your tickets starting for FREE today for “The President’s Own” United States Marine Band concert, presented by The Lied Center, the Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics and the Lawrence Journal-World. The performance will be at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 12. Free tickets are only available in person at the Lied Center Ticket Office, 1600 Stewart Drive, beginning at noon today. Limit two tickets per person.

You have two to choose from: 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. You can even attend both! The free community workout starts on the west side of South Park, 12th and Massachusetts streets.
