Topeka ? Gov. Sam Brownback has reappointed two Lawrence residents to state boards.

James Ward has been reappointed to serve a two-year term on the Kansas Governmental Ethics Commission. Ward is an assistant county attorney in Franklin County.

Dr. Michael Leeson has been reappointed to serve a four-year term on the Governor’s Behavioral Health Services Planning Council. Leeson is a psychiatrist for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
