Topeka ? Kierstan Warren had a career day for the Lawrence High girls bowling team as she won the Washburn Rural quad, Tuesday at Westridge Lanes in Topeka.

Warren bowled a personal-best 711 series at the quad. It was the first time she had finished above 700. The LHS girls team placed third behind Washburn Rural and Topeka West.

The LHS boys were led by Triston Decker, who finished fourth among all varsity competitors. Lawrence High placed third in the boys team standings.

The Lions will be back in action Feb. 6 at Royal Crest Lanes.
