Paola ? Colton Steele placed third at 160 pounds, and Sam Skwarlo was third at 170 as Free State High’s wrestling team finished ninth among 16 schools Saturday at the Paola Tournament.

Tyler Sampson was fourth at 285, Maurice Jacobs sixth at 132, Quailan Fowler seventh at 113 and Cameron Shanks eighth at 106 for the Firebirds.

Next action for the Firebirds is Wednesday night at Lawrence High.
