York, Neb. ? Sophomore guard Arnetia Begay scored a career-high 24 points with seven three-pointers to lift the Haskell Indian Nations University women’s basketball team to a victory, 74-68, on Saturday at York College.

Junior guard Jenine Coriz added 21 points, six rebounds and four assists for HINU (12-16 overall, 6-6 MCAC).

Haskell trailed, 35-26, at halftime before outscoring York in the second half, 48-33.

The Indians will host Central Baptist on Friday at Haskell.
