Lied Center to host 65th annual Rock Chalk Revue

Kansas University’s 65th annual Rock Chalk Revue will return to the Lied Center’s stage at 7 p.m. March 6, 7 and 8.

Each year, members of greek organizations at KU groups write, produce and perform five original musical productions to raise money for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Douglas County and KU Endowment’s Dream Maker Fund. The 2014 musical-comedy show’s theme is “Let the Good Times Roll.”

Since 1990, Rock Chalk Revue has raised more than $1 million for the United Way of Douglas County with an annual contribution of more than 25,000 hours of community service in Lawrence.

Tickets for the 65th annual Rock Chalk Revue are $20 for adults and $15 for KU and Haskell Indian Nations University students for the March 6 and 7 performances. Tickets are $25 for everyone March 8. To purchase tickets, call 785-864-2787.
