To the editor:

In the Aug. 25 Journal-World and in a previous edition, you ask for readers to submit issues of importance to us or to Douglas County residents. And then you ask that people submit their suggestions by email.  

That may be fine for the online readership, or a large percentage of your daily readers, but many of those who receive a “hard copy” of the daily paper are not computer users — which is why they appreciate the hard copy of the Journal-World.

Please consider providing a phone number to receive the same data you may be asking readers to submit online. Until everyone is a computer user (and I expect some cannot believe that not everyone now is online!) It’s only fair.
