A water main break Monday morning has closed a stretch of Lawrence Avenue for the rest of the day.

Traffic along Lawrence Avenue from Ninth Street to Harvard Road is being rerouted while crews make repairs.

Thirteen customers were without water as a result of the break, according to a city spokesperson.
