Letter: Offensive ad
To the editor:
Buffalo’s Bob’s restaurant is to be congratulated for its many years of service to the community. It is therefore especially unfortunate that the ownership resorted to some tasteless advertising in preparation for its imminent closing. Photos of spareribs and beer are highlighted by the caption, “The Last Supper” in the ad, which ran on Easter Sunday. The ad was not only insensitive, it was downright offensive.
