FSHS tennis ties for 3rd at Emporia

— Free State High tied for third at the Emporia Tennis Invitational on Saturday at Emporia High.

In singles, Free State freshman Ian Pultz-Earle placed fourth with a 2-2 record, and junior David Neff took eighth at No. 2 with a 1-3 record.

At No. 1 doubles, Stephan Anderson and Sam Solis went 2-2 and placed sixth, and Jonah Pester-Seamus Ryan went 2-2 to place 11th.

Also for Free State, Tucker Nickel went 2-2 and placed 13th at No. 1 singles; Karson Sharp went 1-3 and placed 15th; and Jackson Schneider-Jud King went 1-3 and took seventh in doubles.
