Olathe ? Free State High won two volleyball matches Thursday at Olathe North.

The Firebirds defeated Olathe North, 25-16, 26-24, and Shawnee Mission South, 25-18, 25-15.

Naomi Hickman, Morgan Noll and Lauren Johnson were cited for outstanding play.

Free State (6-9) will travel Saturday to the Topeka Seaman tournament.
