Louisburg ? Seabury Academy’s Kate Albrecht took first place in the girls race Thursday at the Louisburg Cross Country Invitational.

Albrecht finished the 4K race in 15:42. Seabury took third in team standings, and Eilish Gibson placed 15th, Kayleigh Boos 16th, Gretchen Ohlmacher 20th and Christina Im 21.

Kit Rice led Seabury in the boys race, placing eighth in the 5K race in 19:53. The Seabury boys were fourth, with Hank Mitchell placing ninth, Thomas Westbrook 10th, Jack Edmonds 12th, Peter Shin 18th and Seth Peters 26th.
