A 27-year-old Lawrence man was arrested and charged May 3 with two counts of arson.

Benaiah Daniel Roeber is being held in the Douglas County Jail on a $50,000 bond following his arrest in the case.

According to court records, the charges stem from an April 13 incident in Lawrence. However, further information about the case was not available Sunday.

Roeber is scheduled to make his next court appearance May 7.
