Winter weather in the past week has forced a few changes to Free State High’s baseball calendar.

The Firebirds were scheduled to play at Olathe East Thursday, but unplayable field conditions in Olathe forced district officials to move the game, which starts at 4 p.m., to FSHS.

Additionally, Free State has picked up two new games to replace a pair of road games in Missouri that were canceled due to snow this past weekend.

FSHS will play host to Blue Valley Southwest at 1 p.m. Saturday, and on May 1, the Firebirds will play host to Pembroke Hill at 5:30 p.m.
