Lafayette, La. — Kansas University men's golf sits in second place, and two KU golfers are poised for top-five individual finishes after two rounds Monday at the Louisiana Classics.
Chris Gilbert is tied for second place after carding a 3-under 72-69—141, while Alex Gutesha is tied for fifth with a 69-74—143. Fellow Jayhawk Stan Gautier (71-75—146) is tied for 15th.
The Jayhawks begin the final round at 8 a.m. today.
