Topeka ? Douglas County’s state senators recorded perfect attendance during the 2013 legislative session.

That includes state Sens. Marci Francisco, of Lawrence, Tom Holland, of Baldwin City, and Anthony Hensley, of Topeka, whose district includes a portion of Douglas County. All three are Democrats.

Fourteen of the state’s 40 senators achieved perfect attendance, according to Senate records.
