Police are looking for a silver Honda Civic with front end and grill damange suspected of hitting a person a little before 10 p.m. in Eudora. The vehicle fled the scene and was believed to be headed westbound toward Lawrence on North 1400 Road.

The victim was transported by ambulance to Lawrence Memorial Hospital.

“We’re in the very early stages of the investigation,” Sgt. Chris Casagrande, of the Eudora police department, said about 11 p.m. Friday.

Casagrande asked that anyone with information regarding the incident contact Eudora police.
