Seabury splits in Tonganoxie

Tonganoxie — Seabury girls 39, Lansing 35

Alexa Gaumer scored 18 points and Courtney Hoag added 11 to help Seabury’s girls basketball team defeat Lansing, 39-35, on Thursday in the Tonganoxie Invitational.

De Soto 58, Seabury boys 25

Seabury’s boys trailed 18-8 after one quarter and 34-8 at halftime. Brandon McCaffrey led the Seahawks with eight points, followed by Caleb Owino and Joe Simpson with six points apiece.
