Palm Desert, Calif. ? Stan Gautier led Kansas University with a 1-over 73 in the final round and finished tied for 16th, the highest finish of his KU career, as the Jayhawks concluded play Sunday at the Wyoming Desert Intercollegiate at the Classic Club.

Gautier, a sophomore from Paris, shot 73-73-73–218. As a team, KU shot 299-304-307–910 to place 12th.
