Baldwin wrestler Shoemaker wins state again

? Baldwin High senior 138-pounder Bryce Shoemaker won his second career state title on Saturday at the Class 4A wrestling championship.

Shoemaker, the 2012 runner-up, defeated Spring Hill’s Corey Spader, 7-0, to finish the season 45-2.

He is the first wrestler to win two state titles in BHS history and has signed to wrestle at Baker University next year.
