Wind chill advisory for northeast Kansas is canceled

It will still be cold, but the National Weather Service in Topeka has canceled a wind chill advisory for the Lawrence area.

Wind chills of 15 to 20 degrees below zero had been expected. The weather service now says the wind chills will be in the single digits below zero.
