Veritas girls beat Tri-City Christian
Independence, Mo. ? The Veritas Christian girls basketball team had a balanced offensive attack with four players scoring double digits in a 64-52 victory over Tri-City Christian on Tuesday.
Hannah Gloss scored a game-high 26 points for the Eagles.
“It was an up-tempo game,” Veritas head coach Kevin Shelton said. “Both teams pressed, but ours wore them down a lot sooner than theirs.”
Veritas (4-3) plays again on Jan. 7 at Center Place in Independence, Mo.
