Softball clinics: The Kansas University softball coaching staff will host two winter clinics on Dec. 15 inside Anschutz Pavilion. The clinics are open to anyone in grades 8 through 12 and will be priced at $75 for each. The first session will focus on the mechanics of hitting and the fundamentals of defense and will take place from 9-11:30 a.m. The second session, lasting from 12:30-3 p.m., will be dedicated to working specifically with pitchers and catchers. Those attending the clinic will work closely with KU coaching staff members as well as current and former players. A multiple session discount of $25 will be applied if you sign up for both sessions.
