Free State High’s Brandon Juracek and Miles Stevens went 2-1 and placed second at No. 1 doubles at the Lawrence High Tennis Invitational on Friday at LHS.

Free State’s Richard Lu was sixth at No. 1 singles and Josh Saathoff third at No. 2. Braden Clements-Antonio Schoeneich placed fifth at No. 2 doubles as the Firebirds placed fifth in the six-team meet.

Lawrence High was sixth.

Thomas Irick was fourth at No. 1 singles and Elliott Abromeit sixth at No. 2. Austin Abbott-Christoph Brandt placed sixth at No. 1 doubles and Kley Bolivar-Adam Eudaly sixth at No. 2.
