• A 39-year-old Lawrence man pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated battery Thursday in Douglas County District Court. Ronald Dwayne Walters had been arrested in February in connection with a domestic disturbance in which a woman was injured. He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 25.

• A 21-year-old Lawrence man pleaded guilty to a single charge of misdemeanor theft Wednesday in Douglas County District Court. Quinton Robert Keen had been arrested in January on suspicion of burglary. He is scheduled to be sentenced on April 19.

• A 25-year-old Lawrence man pleaded to two charges of misdemeanor theft Thursday in Douglas County District Court. Michael Tyrone Hill had been arrested in February in connection with a a burglary in the 1300 block of Vermont Street. He is scheduled to be sentenced on May 9.
