Olathe ? Lawrence High softball dropped a doubleheader at Olathe South on Tuesday, 2-1 and 9-2.

Megan Sumonja (2-3) allowed one earned run and struck out six for the Lions (3-5) in a Game 1 loss, and Amanda Montgomery (1-3) took the second loss.

Andrea Mills hit 2-for-4 with a triple and batted in a run in Game 2. Morgan Byrn also hit 2-for-4.

Lawrence travels to SM South on Thursday.
