Overland Park ? Free State High’s Alexa Harmon-Thomas leapt 19 feet, 6 inches in the long jump — one of the top-10 best long jumps in state prep history — and won four individual titles at a track-and-field dual Friday at Blue Valley North.

Harmon-Thomas won the 100 hurdles (14.9 seconds), the 300 hurdles (49.43), the 200 (25.93) and the long jump, and the Firebirds won both team titles.

Other FSHS girls individual winners: Laura Kennard, 100, 12.7; Bailey Sullivan, 1,600, 5:38 and 400, 1:04; Morgan Noll, 800, 2:48.8; Clair Sanner, 3,200, 12:26; Scout Wiebe, javelin, 117-2; and Gabbi Dabney, high jump, 5-2.
