Salina ? Junior Alexis Czapinski went undefeated in singles play, but the Free State girls tennis team took eighth place Saturday at the Salina Central Invitational.

Czapinski won all four of her matches and was the only Firebird in singles or doubles play with a winning record on the day.

The FSHS varsity squad will play at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday vs. Mill Valley.
