Kansas City, Kan. ? Bishop Seabury Academy won five of 11 events and placed second in four other events at the Independent League swimming and diving championship on Wednesday at Kansas City, Turner.

The Seahawks placed fourth of 12 teams.

Seabury will compete May 18-19 at the state meet in Topeka. All of Seabury’s swimmers have qualified in at least one event.
