The governor’s action leaves Kansans without the groundwork for a Kansas-designed health insurance exchange, which disadvantages all of us in the health insurance market. He’ll also need to borrow a front loader from the Koch brothers to get all the egg off his face. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a governor who makes decisions based on rational thought processes rather than ideology-driven gambles? Way to go, Governor.

Secretary Sibelius and Commissioner Praeger have done their best for us, but a Governor and State legislature hostile to literally everything proposed by President Obama has made sure we will see weakened benefits from the ACA. What a damn shame our state must be a Body Farm for supply-side Jesus political experiments.

Congress Paul Ryan - "because rights come from “nature and God,” not the government."

Look like myself and a few million others have been vindicated......

Health care is a human right after all because by nature humans need health care.

That's not really what this ruling says, or means, I think.

By nature humans need food, clothing, housing, transportation, etc. Are all of those rights as well?

If not, where do we draw the line and why?
