One person injured in a fall at Centennial Park on Thursday evening was flown via helicopter ambulance to a Kansas University Hospital in Kansas City, Kan., said Eve Tolefree, a Lawrence-Douglas County Fire Medical spokeswoman. The incident happened near Sixth Street and Rockledge Drive, on the northwest side of the park.
