Pittsburg ? The Lawrence Raiders season ended Friday night with a 3-0 loss to Pittsburg in the championship game of the American Legion zone baseball tournament.

Pittsburg scored the game’s only runs in the fifth inning, getting nine hits off of Lawrence pitchers. Montana Samuels (a single) and Aaron Waldeck (double) had the Raiders’ only hits.

Lawrence went 24-14 in summer play.
