Burlington ? Cornell Brown scored 12 points, and Quinn Twombly and Christian Gaylord scored eight apiece to help Baldwin High’s boys basketball team defeat Chanute on Wednesday night in the second round of the Bulldog-Wildcat Classic.

Baldwin (3-0) will play Friday in the championship game at Burlington.

Baldwin High’s girls fell to Chanute in the second round of the Burlington tournament. Katie Jones led Baldwin with 11 points, followed by Kailyn Smith and Jessie Katzer with eight points apiece.

Baldwin (2-1) will play Louisburg on Friday in Burlington for third place.
