Three people who knew each other were involved in a fight Wednesday night in the 1500 West 25th Court, said Sgt. Trent McKinley, a Lawrence police spokesman.

At some point the altercation possibly involved one person threatening another with a knife and two people wielding two-by-fours as weapons. The alleged victim did not cooperate with officers, he said. Police were called at 11:30 p.m. Wednesday. No arrests were made, and no one was injured, McKinley said.
