One person suffered a fractured arm after a two-vehicle accident at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday in North Lawrence, said Sgt. Trent McKinley, a Lawrence police spokesman.

The crash occurred when a northbound vehicle entered the intersection and collided with a vehicle coming west off the exit for the Kansas Turnpike entrance. Officers were still investigating circumstances of the crash Wednesday, he said, and the injured person went to Lawrence Memorial Hospital for treatment.
