Douglas County road closures planned for Saturday
Two railroad crossings north of Lawrence will be closed for half a day today as Union Pacific Railroad crews do maintenance activities.
The crossing at North 1900 Road and North 1800 Road will be closed. A local detour will be provided.
Douglas County will not close a section of North 1200 Road south of Eudora. The part of that road had been scheduled to be closed on Monday and Tuesday, but the project has been delayed.
