Kansas volleyball falls at Iowa State
Ames, Iowa ? Kansas University’s volleyball team ran into a buzzsaw Wednesday and suffered a lopsided, three-set loss at Iowa State.
For the first time this season, KU failed to reach the 20-point mark in a 25-15, 25-16, 25-11 setback at Hilton Coliseum.
Allison Mayfield, Caroline Jarmoc and Sara McClinton had five kills apiece
KU fell to 13-9 overall, 1-8 Big 12. No. 14-ranked ISU improved to 17-3, 8-1.
Kansas will travel to Texas A&M on Sunday.
