An 84-year-old Lawrence man reported to Lawrence police that someone stole 21 mobile home axles, valued at $2,000, and $126 cash from Diamond House, 812 N. Second St., between noon Oct. 13 and 3 p.m. Monday. Lonnie’s Recycling, 501 Maple St., was also listed as a victim. According to the report, the axles were recovered later.
