A Wichita man pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated indecent liberties with a child Tuesday in Douglas County District Court.

Authorities had accused the man, Javier Luna Lopez, of inappropriately touching a 10-year-old Lawrence girl in May.

According to accounts from prosecutors and police, the girl’s mother had alleged to officers that Lopez, her boyfriend, had molested her daughter at the Easy Living Mobile Home Park, in the 3300 block of Iowa.

Lopez, who was 38 years old at the time of the incident, is scheduled to be sentenced Dec. 22.
