A 61-year-old Baldwin City man is in good condition Tuesday evening after suffering serious injuries in a one-vehicle accident just north of the city about midnight Saturday.

Claude Chappelle was transported via LifeStar helicopter ambulance to KU Hospital following the accident. Alcohol and inattentive driving are listed as contributing factors in the accident.
