Early morning vehicle chase in Eudora, no arrests made

Eudora police were led on a high-speed chase early Sunday morning and eventually lost sight of the vehicle after it crossed into Leavenworth County.

Eudora police attempted to pull over a vehicle in the 1000 block of Main Street around 3 a.m. after the vehicle failed to yield, according to Douglas County emergency dispatch. The pursuit continued into Leavenworth County, where police eventually lost the vehicle.

Eudora police were not able to provide any additional information about the incident. A spokesperson from the Leavenworth County Sheriff’s Office said their agency was involved, but also could not provide additional details.

According the LJWorld blogger Operation 100, emergency dispatchers reported that suspect vehicle was a red SUV with a Florida license plate.
