Osawatomie ? A northeast Kansas man was killed when he was struck by a train as he crossed a street.

Investigators have identified the victim of Tuesday night’s accident as 42-year-old Charles Light of Osawatomie.

The accident happened 11:30 p.m. Tuesday on Osawatomie’s Main Street.

Investigators did not immediately release any additional details.
