City, KU team up to offer $1 shuttle rides from Downtown Lawrence to home football games
The city of Lawrence and Kansas University’s transit systems again will offer a shuttle service between downtown and Memorial Stadium on all KU home football dates.
The shuttle service will depart from both the New Hampshire Street parking garage in the 900 block of New Hampshire Street and from the bus cutout lane near the Riverfront parking garage at Sixth and New Hampshire streets. The fee to ride the shuttles is $1.
The service will begin running two hours before kickoff and for about one hour after the game.
